hippo Demo

You can download the hippo™ client application now to see if it meets your needs. This is the same version that is available for purchase, however, certain data fields are overwritten to prevent accidental inclusion of sensitive personal data. Use the program for testing purposes ONLY. Do not put actual client data into the program as the database is publicly available to anyone. If you believe that anyone has used this demo program inappropriately, notify us immediately.

System Requirements

The hippo™ client requires Microsoft XP Home Edition or greater and Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1. The install will direct you to in how to install the .NET Framework. Also, hippo™ works best with a screen resolution of 1024x768 or higher.

Installation Information

When the download starts, you will have the option to Run or Save the file. You MUST choose to Save the file and the run it from the location to which you save it. The First time you run hippo™, your computer may display a warning that hippo™ is trying to connect to the internet. You must allow it to connect or you will not be able to connect to the hippo™ Server.

This download will be automatically set up to connect to the demo hippo™ Server at dotnetnetwork.com. Remember, this is a shared publicly available database. Anything you put into it is available for anyone to see, so be careful. (If you purchase hippo™, your data will, of course, NOT be made public to anyone but you!)
